In 2020, the International Network of Food Safety Authorities (INFOSAN) partnered with Riven® for a complete overhaul of its internal platform. We developed a modern solution that integrated a custom CRM, real-time chat, dynamic notifications, document management tools, and collaborative sharing features. This ambitious project, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), enabled member countries to connect seamlessly to a robust, innovative platform that enhanced global food safety coordination.
