Technical data.

Riven uses a Plausible instance self-hosted by Loupe to produce aggregated website traffic statistics.
Plausible uses no analytics cookies, local storage or persistent identifiers and does not track visitors across websites. The data is not used for advertising or profiling.
A functional preference.
When you choose a language, the functional RIVEN_LOCALE cookie retains that choice for 12 months. It does not measure your browsing and is not shared with any advertising service.
Enquiries and applications.
When you write to Riven, we process the information you provide, including your name, email address, message content and any attachments.
This data is used to answer your request, prepare a business relationship or review an application. Please provide only relevant information.
Limited access to data.
Riven may use the technical providers strictly required for website hosting, email and audience measurement. They process data only to provide those services.
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram or other external websites transfer data to those platforms only when you open them. Their own policies then apply.
Only as long as needed.
Data is retained for as long as needed for the stated purpose, then deleted or anonymised, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process. Longer retention only occurs with the applicant's agreement or where required by law.
