For the project Securing the Congo Basin, together, Riven® reimagined the Congo Basin Landscapes Initiative website.
Beyond the content, we aimed to create an attractive design that is easy to use and fully reflects the values of this program: transparency, cooperation, and commitment to the planet.
Designed for governments, local communities, environmental professionals, and private sector actors, it highlights flagship initiatives – such as the Integrated Forest Program of the Congo (GEF-7 and GEF-8) and the IKI-funded peatland project – while facilitating the sharing of data, mapping tools, enhanced governance mechanisms, and practical resources.
A technology at the service of a vital challenge: mobilizing stakeholders, centralizing initiatives, and catalyzing collective action to preserve this exceptional natural heritage.
