In 2020, the International Network of Food Safety Authorities (INFOSAN) collaborated with Riven® for a complete redesign of its internal platform. We developed a modern solution integrating a custom CRM, real-time chat, dynamic notifications, document management tools, and collaborative sharing features. This ambitious project, carried out in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), connected member countries to an innovative and efficient platform, facilitating global coordination and food safety.
